Features everything from the Premium Kit, in addition to the all-new waterproof/dustproof premium white LED accent/amber LED front turn signal chip-on-board (COB) module with clear lens assembly. Where permitted by closed-community regulations or other local ordinance, the Personal Transportation Vehicle (PTV) shown (with or without the UMAX Ultra Premium Light Upgrade Kit) is suitable for use on private roads with a maximum posted speed limit as per municipal regulations. It does not meet federal motor vehicle safety standards applicable to passenger cars and is generally not permitted to be used on public roads or highways unless otherwise authorized by local laws.
