Bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator

Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. currently seeks an Bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator for our Inside Sales & Logistics Department located at our Head Office in Toronto, ON.

Summary of Responsibilities

Dealer call centre, order communication and administration for processing unit orders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistently high level of communication with the dealers, contacting all dealers at least once a month for wholesale booking product confirmation, acceptance and sales increase options.
  • Partner with DSMs to facilitate and achieve corporate targets and product acceptance.
  • Comply with published programs when processing orders and acquire necessary approvals for variances and upsell to achieve maximum benefit for dealers.
  • Maintain all necessary computer and paper records including dealer objectives, booking orders, held product, back orders, order summary and return/re-invoicing systems.
  • Provide back up support for other IS group functions when required and other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Post-Secondary (Degree or Diploma), Minimum High School Diploma, CCLP or other transportation degree/designation
  • Experience in logistics/supply chain or customer service. , 2-4 years related experience


  • Bilingual (French/English) required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Access)
  • Good communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Motivated and self-reliant
  • Ability to multitask
