Account Manager Assistant (1 year contract)

Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. currently seeks a Account Manager Assistant for a 1 year contract for our Inventory Finance Department.

Summary of Responsibilities

The Account Manager Assistant provides daily administrative support for the Account Managers. This individual is responsible for collection, dealer communication, and general assistance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sorting/Preparing reports associated with dealer collection, follow-up (SAU"s, Warranty registrations and other status items) and post audit collateral code verifications
  • Dealer Communication, Parts Inquiries, payment corrections, serial discrepancies
  • Provides general assistance, project support and back up for the Account Managers
  • Constructs curtailment plan set-ups, fee and waive processing as directed by the Account Managers
  • Generates bi-weekly cheque proposals
  • Boat Manufacture Approvals including G3, Skeeter and OEM Boat Builders

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Post-Secondary (Degree or Diploma), Business or related field
  • Administrative, 1-2 years

Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Bilingual (French/English) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Access)
  • Time management and strong organizational skills
