Summary of Responsibilities 
Handle Inbound/Outbound Yamaha Financial Service customer’s calls on a daily basis. Provide customer assistance in a friendly and professional manner. Be a brand ambassador representing Yamaha Financial Services in best possible light. Available for all rotating shifts (Monday through Saturday). Handle Inbound/Outbound early-stage collection calls.

Key Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Handle Inbound/Outbound call/email/ text messages with a customer centric mindset. Handle customer requests and record all account maintenance activities in Yamaha Financial Service’s dedicated system of record.
  • Handle After Call Work (ACW) activities.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Education Requirements and/or Experience Requirements 
  • Degree/Diploma: Minimum – High School Diploma
  • Program of Study: General
  • Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
  • Type of Experience: Financial services call centre experience

  • Available for a 5 day week with varying rotating shifts including Saturday availability
