Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. is proud to be hosting this event at Shannonville Motorsport Park, Shannonville, ON on Saturday, August 23^rd, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. EST.

This year Yamaha celebrates ten years of R-Series motorcycles. When we unleashed the very first YZF-R1 in 1998, the bike didn’t just rewrite the rules for supersport performance, it tore them up and wrote its own. Since then, the R1 and R6 have kept evolving, always using the latest track technology to stay ahead of the pack. Come celebrate 10 years of engineering excellence with other R-Series owners. Spend some time with people who share your passion for Yamaha Sport Motorcycles.

This is a "Limited Invite – Unlimited Welcome" event. We’ve sent the invite to you, but feel free to bring family and friends along. All motorcycle enthusiasts are welcome… Yes, even your friends who ride competitor models. Please have all attendees register online by August 21, 2008 @ 12:01 PM EST. Yamaha is proud of our products and our customers. This is our way of saying "Thank You", to our Yamaha motorcycle owners. Remember, all attendees are asked to register.

Our goal is to thank you for your commitment and acknowledge your pride of ownership of your Yamaha motorcycle. This day-long event will be fun for the whole family *.

The day will consist of:

• New Product Information Display (Details and schedule posted at the events)
• Cold Meat Buffet
• 2008 Yamaha Demo rides* (Demo Ride our demo fleet on road)
• Yamaha Skills Competition (Navigate our timed obstacle course on a TT-R125L)
• Track Tour** (This is not a track day, but an opportunity to see the track from the racer’s perspective)
• Photo Opportunity with Factory Racers (TBC)
• Pro 6 Tire Clinic (Install and balance new tires)
• Live Action Track Photography by Flair Photo (Personalized CD of Track & Candid Shots - Only $10!!)
• Dyno Shoot Out
• Chance to win a F.A.S.T Course with Michel Mercier at Shannonville

We have parking for approximately 750 motorcycles!! But to ensure this is a pleasurable experience, please let us know you’re coming in advance by online registration no later than August 21, 2008 @ 12:01 PM EST. Don’t forget to tell us what activities you want to participate in.
