On previous F4, the engine position was recommended so that the tiller handle faces to the ground to prevent the oil from leaking when transporting and storing.
However, due to the blow-by-gas hose arrangement, new F4/5/6 will be allowed the 3 horizontal positions as shown for easier handling.
