Yamaha Motor Ltd. seeks a Parts and Accessories Inside Sales Coordinator for our Parts and Accessories Department located at our Head Office in Toronto, ON.
The primary function of this role is to act as a liaison by telephone and email between Yamaha dealers and internal staff regarding all inquiries related to Yamaha genuine parts and accessories. This role will also be required to focus on increasing sales of parts and accessories by proactively contacting our dealer network to review current sales and marketing programs and recommend sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and maintain accurate Parts and Accessories Inside Sales Call Logs
- Co-ordinate sales campaigns
- Assist Sales Managers in coordinating P & A sales programs and campaigns
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required
- 2-3 years of related experience within the motor sports and marine industries
- Excellent organization, communication and customer relations skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel and data analysis
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple product lines
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality and solution orientated
Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. seeks a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator for our Regulatory Affairs Department located at our Head Office in Toronto, ON.
This is a new role which will support the National Manager, Regulatory Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring that Yamaha products are in compliance with all Canadian laws and regulations
- Participate and support the management and defence of product liability claims and suits
- Ensures that Yamaha employees receive information and training regarding compliance issues where necessary
- Assist with the protection and use of Yamaha trademarks across Canada

Qualifications & Skills:

Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. seeks a Marketing Coordinator for our Marketing Department in our Head Office, Toronto.
The ideal candidate will be a pro-active team player with the ability to manage multiple project and timelines with a positive professional attitude.
The Marketing Coordinator will primarily assist in the development of creative advertisement for all Yamaha Motor product lines using a variety of mediums including online, print and radio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with the development of annual Media Relation campaigns for each product group.
- Work in conjunction with Product Managers on media releases, kits and media events as required.
- Assist with internal web-based content including microsite and electronic newsletter development, news items, video production and photography.
- Assist with Yamaha's social media efforts including corporate Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and blog accounts.
- Assist the Public Relations Specialist in overseeing all responsibilities associated with Yamaha's corporate race efforts.
- Assist and participate in corporate shows and special events.
Qualification & Skills:
- Post Secondary education in Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline is required.
- Knowledge of Yamaha Motor products and the motorsport industry is required.

Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. seeks a professional candidate for the position of District Sales Manager, in the Quebec region. This role is based out of our Montreal Branch office.
As a District Sales Manager, you will implement Yamaha Motor's sales and marketing policies and develop our dealer network to achieve sales targets by increasing retail and wholesale market shares.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve dealer network targets by maintaining or replacing existing dealers and appointing new dealers in open areas.
- Maintain a high level of communication with Yamaha dealers and head office by frequent dealer contact and dealer visits.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports on territory sales and market analysis.
- Work with the Parts and Accessories sales team to ensure corporate sales targets are met.
Qualification & Skills:
- 3-5 years related experience.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
- Extensive knowledge of Yamaha products.
- Ability to travel extensively.
