Summary of Responsibilities
Assist with basic Logistics functions and reporting to support workload redistribution during SAP upgrade project.

Assist with basic Logistics functions and reporting to support workload redistribution during SAP upgrade project.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage stock transfers between Vancouver and Brampton warehouses.
- Daily warehouse reporting - storage and warehousing.
- Traffic Log maintenance (cost freight to dealer).
- Loan Unit Processing – shipments into loan pool and subsequent billing upon loan completion.
- Manual carrier pickups/returns/redirects.
- Damaged inventory assessment – ensure that damaged units are promptly inspected and passed to inside sales for disposition.
- Enter vendor invoices (Inland Freight for P&A).
Education Requirements and/or Experience Requirements
- Degree/Diploma: Post-secondary diploma/degree
- Program of Study: General
- Years of Experience: 1+ years
- Type of Experience: Administrative
Skills & Abilities
- Moderate Excel skills – formulae and pivot tables.
- SAP experience an asset.
